Snehil was established in the year 1992 at a small place near Saharanpur called as Rampur Maniharan ‘Snehil’,” an organization on a mission for the preservation, and conservation of the cultural heritage of India” is the brain-child of Dr.Mamta Singh, its founder President, whose life has been a saga of selfless dedication to community service. The seed of the plant which has taken the form of a brilliant tree was sown by Dr. Mamta Singh in. When the seed sprouted it started acquiring a beautiful shape. This organization was established for the upliftment of child, women and to help other social causes.
